2013 Turkey Bowl keeps classic game, adds new events

The 2013 Turkey Bowl will take place tomorrow at Alumni Stadium in an event promising much more than a soccer game. The traditional intramural soccer championship event will be expanded this year as the Student Leadership Council is hoping to reach more families in the Greenville community.

Alpha, Beta stay alive in semifinals, advance to Turkey Bowl

The men’s intramural soccer semifinals took place last Monday evening on Alumni Stadium Field, pitting the Alpha Omega Delta Lions against the Alpha Theta Pi Razorbacks and the Beta Gamma Delta Patriots against the Pi Kappa Sigma Cobras.

The Bruins women’s soccer team completed its historic second season last weekend at the NCCAA DII tournament in Kissimmee, Fla., defeating Clearwater Christian College 1-0 to claim the NCCAA DII national title.
